Commissioned Paintings Dr. Carter has been a leading portrait artist for many years, and one of the foremost African American artist of our generation. Some of his unique art can be seen in the pictures below. Because of my special friendship with Dr. Carter, and as an alumnus of Vision International University, Dr. Carter has agreed to offer his considerable talent for a fraction of the normal cost of a professional portrait such as this, with a sizeable percentage of the proceeds for each painting will go to the VITEN/Vision International accreditation fund.
